I'm Deann Billing, a real estate broker, managing broker, and attorney serving North Idaho and Eastern Washington. I’ve called North Idaho home since 1982 and bring a deep appreciation for the people, communities, and properties that make this area unique.
Real estate isn’t always as simple as putting up a sign or writing an offer—and honestly, more complicated transactions are often the transactions I enjoy most. My background in both real estate and law allows me to bring a practical, problem-solving perspective to situations involving estates and inherited property, divorces, investments, development opportunities, land divisions, and other transactions with a few extra moving pieces.
I also have a personal appreciation for the kinds of properties that offer a little more character and possibility. Rural acreage, waterfront property, fixer-uppers, investment properties, and land with development potential are all areas I genuinely enjoy exploring with clients.
My approach is straightforward, honest, and client-focused. I’m not interested in high-pressure sales tactics. Instead, I aim to be a trusted resource—someone you can call when you’re ready to buy or sell, but also when you simply have a real estate question or want to talk through an idea.
